The ENCOMPASS SR is Mood’s satellite delivery player. Music and messaging content is
broadcast over our robust satellite infrastructure, providing the most powerful and reliable
audio experience for your business. ENCOMPASS SR is professionally installed and configured
by an expert technician. Volume is controlled using your sound system amplifier.
Viewing and changing programs
Screen Display
Artist & Song playing in the current zone are displayed.
Press ENTER, UP or DOWN to access Select Zone menu.
<Artist Name>

Current Zone Name is displayed.
Select a Zone using UP or DOWN.
Press ENTER to confirm selection.
[Enter] selects

Program playing in the selected zone is displayed.
Browse available programs using UP or DOWN.
Press ENTER to confirm selection.

IMPORTANT: SD card is required for proper operation of the player. Do not remove the SD
card. Removal of the SD card will cause the player to enter random stream mode (automatically
changing programs every 10 seconds) and you will be unable to control program selection until
the original card is reinserted, or a new or reformatted card is authorized by Mood. If the
original card is lost, you may replace it with a minimum 4 GB SD card. Insert the SD card in the
player and call Mood at 800-331-3340 to reauthorize a new or reformatted card.
