WIRELESS OPERATION

You can use the Wi-Fi connection to view or record videos and
photos from the camera using your Android or iOS smartphone.
Perform the following steps to connect the camera with your
smartphone:

1.

If you have not already done so, go to the AppStore (iOS)
or the Google Play

™

store (Android) and install the free

ActionCam!

app on your phone.

2.

Power the camera ON.

3.

Repeatedly press the

Power/Mode

button until the

Wi-Fi

mode is displayed.

4.

Press the

Shutter

button to toggle Wi-Fi

mode from OFF to ON.

5.

Press the

Power/Mode

button to exit the

Wi-Fi

mode

screen. The display will switch back to the

Video

mode, the

Power/Status LED will glow green, and the display will
show "WiFi Init...". This will continue until the Wi-Fi radio
has finished initializing, which can take up to 30 seconds.
When initialization is complete, the display will return to the
normal

Video

mode display and the Power/Status LED will

blink slowly, indicating that it is waiting for a connection.

6.

On your phone, open the Wi-Fi settings and look for a Wi-Fi
network named ActionCam_xxxxxx, where xxxxxx is a
unique identifier. Connect to the

ActionCam_xxxxxx

network.

7.

When prompted for a password, enter

1234567890

.

8.

Open the

ActionCam!

app on your phone to view or record

videos and photos from the camera on your phone.
