CHAPTER 4: Processing Debit Transactions

4.5: Correcting/Voiding Debit Card Refund

Use this transaction to correct a Refund transaction that was keyed incor-
rectly. Process this transaction for the entire amount of the original Refund
and then re-process the Refund correctly.

Note:

Your POS Administrative Card (ADMIN) is required to complete a
Refund Correction/ Void transaction.
