Action: Edits and views the stored protocol list. Used in
conjunction with the /step command to edit protocol
steps.
Index Action: Read protocol name, where Index is a decimal number [0-
102].
Index
Response: “No data OK” response if protocol does not exist,
“protocol name” <k> <m> <n> if the protocol exists,
where:
<k> is the total number of steps.
<m> is the “dirty” flag: 0 = valid plate attached, 1 =
attached plate settings have changed since protocol was
saved (protocol is not executable until it has been saved
again).
<n> is the attached plate geometry: 0 = 96 wells, 1 = 384
wells.
Index Example: /prot 0 returns OK
