Bit 0 = 1st secondary station, ... Bit 31: 32nd secondary station
If communication with the secondary station is successfully
established, the associated bit is active. If communication cannot
be established with the secondary station, the associated bit
becomes inactive. The bit becomes temporarily active with each
repeated attempt to establish communication with the previously
inactive secondary station. The life control bits are updated with
the falling edge at “active”.
