Flash Disk repair
If you are attempting to load a region on your Flash Disk area and
there isn’t room you may need to erase the current maps that are
on the card. Generally this can be done simply by removing the
current region from the area but if there are still maps remaining
you can use the
Map Tools > Erase Flash Disk command to
clean up the map directory on your Flash Disk. This will remove the
entire contents of your map directory.
Map Loader will not be able to remove maps if you have them open
in WayPoint. Be sure that you exit WayPoint.
If a region still won’t fit it means you have placed too much
additional data on the Flash Disk. You will need to use the
File
Explorer to remove enough data so that your maps will fit.
Recovering Missing Maps
If the download failed to load all of the maps needed for a region
you can revisit the Build Map screen to recover the missing files.
The missing map files can only be recovered by downloading them
from the web site.
