3.6 CONNECT A DEVICE TO THE OUTPUT (OPTIONALLY)
The Mobeye CML2285 has an open collector output, which switches after receiving
a correct SMS or after an alarm. The output can switch permanently, or just switch
for a pulse time after which the output automatically switches back (see 5.20).
The maximum load of the output is 200mA. To
switch devices, a relay can be placed behind the
output with an input voltage of 12VDC. The
required switching voltage of the relay depends
on the device connected.
NOTE: The output does not work if the CML2285
is battery-operated.
