Electric shock hazard 

Power supply cables are laid in the pendant system, the 
adaption and the end device. Contact with energized 
components presents a danger to life from electric shock. 
Disconnect the appliance from the mains before any 
maintenance work; 

  Disconnect all the poles of the pendant system from the 

mains and prevent it from being switched back on again. 

  Make sure that the Light Head or Monitor connected are 

de-energized. 

  Wait until the Light Head or Monitor has cooled down.

Carrying out maintenance work 

Maintenance work may only be carried out by qualified 
personnel who have been authorized and instructed by 
the operator.  

Built-in components from third-party manufacturers 

Built-in components from third-party manufacturers must be 
inspected and maintained as prescribed in the applicable 
Operating Instructions. 

Repeated inspection 

The repeated inspection must be performed in accordance
