Installation

4.4 Charging the battery

Connect the power connector of the product and the
medical grade outlet with the power cord, and turn on the
main power switch.

Battery charging starts.
While charging, "CHARGE" appears on the battery indicator of the
touch

screen

If the battery indicator changed to "FULL BATTERY," the charging is
completed.

While charging, appears on the display monitor of the control unit.

If disappears and changes to

, the charging is completed.

NOTE

•

Make sure to charge the

battery when initially using

the purchased product, or

when it has not been used

for a long time. The battery

naturally discharges itself

when it is not being used

and is being stored.

•

While the battery is being

charged, you can operate

the operating table.

If the battery level on the

monitor of the control unit

is red only, or the battery

indicator on the touch

screen

is red only, immediately

charge the battery. When the

battery is discharged, only

the AC power is available

and will not be able to use

the battery power.

•

The operating table

battery life-span is about

2 years. Once it reaches

its life-span, request your

distributor or Mizuho for a

battery replacement.

•

The life-span for the battery

varies greatly depending

on operating conditions.

The battery could degrade

quicker if charging and

discharging the battery are

repeated frequently after

using the operating table for

short operations.

It is recommended that you

charge the battery once a

week on weekends, since

takes

about

20 hours to fully

charge the battery.

If "FULL BATTERY" does not

appear on the battery indicator

or the battery is discharged

soon even after charging, the

battery may be degraded.

Request repairs from your

distributor or Mizuho.
