Completed when data are stored in the specified channel area of
the target station.
When "0: No arrival confirmation" is specified, even if transmission to
the target station is terminated abnormally in the following cases, it is
normal completion on the own station.
•Communication itself was completed normally, although the data
sent were erroneous.
•Data could not be stored in the target station because instructions
from multiple stations were sent to the same station. (An error code
