10.14 Convenient Usage of Devices
When executing multiple programs in the CPU module, local devices among the internal
user devices can be designated to execute each of the programs in an independent
manner.
CPU module devices are classified into "global devices" shared by all the programs being
executed and "local devices" used independently by each of the programs.
