Sets the automatic mode.

Manual to automatic mode change command

Since the manual mode is not switched
to the automatic mode until PID operation
is performed after the manual to automatic
mode change command has turned ON,
executes the manual to automatic change
command processing (step 102 to step 138)
with a delay in switching time taken
into consideration.
