This instruction is designed to re-execute PID operation of the loop No. that
has stopped with the PIDSTOP instruction.

(b) This instruction will be ignored if the instruction is executed for the loop No.

that is currently running PID operation.

[OPERATION ERRORS]

(1) An operation error will occur and the error flag (SM0) will be turned ON in the

following cases.
• When the loop number designated by

does not exist.
