• Turns ON when the RD station is
connected to a station number outside the
range from No. 49 to No. 64.
• Turns ON when the RD station is used in
the 4-point mode.
When the cause of the error is eliminated
and power is reset, the error flag is
automatically restored.

Turns ON when EEPROM write error or read
error has occurred or when the request to
write EEPROM is given in any mode other
than the CONFIG mode.
• Set the FX
2N
-64CL-M to the CONFIG
mode, and write data to the EEPROM
again.

Turns ON when the DIP switch setting is
changed during operation.
• Return the DIP switch setting to the status
at the time of power ON.
• If the DIP switch setting should be
changed, change the DIP switch setting,
reset power.

the self-loop-back test. (When the FX
