8 ZERO POINT RETURN CONTROL
Restrictions
(1) Always limit the servomotor torque after the " Pr.49 Creep speed" is reached.
If the torque is not limited, the servomotor may fail when the machine presses
against the stopper. (Refer to section "12.4.2 Torque limit function".)
(2) Use an external input signal as the zero point signal.
(3) In the "stopper method 2)", the zero point return retry function is unusable.
Precautions during operation
(1) Input a zero point signal from an external source after the machine presses
against the stopper.
The workpiece will continue decelerating and stop if a zero point signal is input
before deceleration to the " Pr.49 Creep speed". An error " zero point
detection timing fault (error code: 204)" will occur after the machine stops.
(2) The near-point dog must be kept turned ON until contact with the stopper.
