Selection method of position control
●
In the position control, the speed command is calculated so that the difference between
command pulse (or parameter setting) and the number of feedback pulses from the encoder
is zero to run the motor.
●
This inverter can perform conditional position feed by contact input and position control by
inverter conditional pulse input..

Set the motor and encoder.

Set the motor capacity and the number of motor poles
according as required. (Pr. 80, Pr. 81) (Refer to page 5-13.)
Test run
Set the motor capacity (kW) in Pr. 80 "Motor capacity" and set the
number of motor poles (number of poles) in Pr. 81 "Number of motor
poles". (V/f control is performed when the setting is "9999" (initial value).

Set the electronic gear as required. (Refer to section 6.5.4.)

Perform setting of positioning adjustment parameter as required. (Refer to section 6.5.5.)

Select gain adjustment of position control as required. (Refer to section 6.5.6.)
Perform secure wiring.

(Lageregelung), „4“ (Umschaltbetrieb Drehzahlregelung) oder „5“
(Umschaltbetrieb Lage-/Drehmomentregelung).
Mount the FR-A7AP.
Set Pr. 71 "Applied motor", Pr. 359 "Encoder rotation direction" and Pr.
369 "Number of encoder pulses" according to the motor and encoder
used. (Refer to page 3-42.)

Set "0" in Pr. 419 (initial value). Position command by inverter pulse
