This section describes wiring of IO-Link cable.

Connecting the IO-Link cable

• Attach waterproof caps to connector not used.
• The product specifications are satisfied only when all of waterproof plugs are installed with the

recommended connectable devices and all screws are tightened with an appropriate torque. (



Power off the power supply of the IO-Link
module.

Insert an IO-Link cable connector into the IO-
Link module. Pay attention to the connector's
direction.

Tighten the waterproof plug of the IO-Link
cable using a torque wrench. (
