Hunt Groups
Logging Out of ACD Hunt Groups
You can log out of all ACD hunt groups at once or log out of each hunt group one at a time.
To log out of one or more ACD hunt group
1. Do one of the following:
•
Dial to log out of all of your ACD hunt groups at once. The display
shows AGENT LOGGED OUT OF ALL ACDS and you hear a confirmation tone.
•
Dial to log out of one hunt group at a time. One of the following
displays appears:
If you were logged in to only one hunt group , the display shows AGENT LOGGED
OUT OF <hunt group>. The procedure is complete.
If you were logged in to more than one hunt group , the display shows AGENT
LOGOUT ACD NUMBER. Dial the extension number of the desired ACD hunt
group.
If you were not logged in to any hunt group , the display shows NOT LOGGED
INTO ANY ACD GROUP.
2. Press to hang up.
Ending an ACD Hunt Group Call
Each time you end an ACD hunt group call, a wrap-up timer is started. Until this timer expires,
you will not receive another call through any ACD hunt group. You can, however, end the wrap-
up session before this timer expires, as described below.
To terminate the ACD agent wrap-up period before the timer expires:
Dial .
If you were not logged in to an ACD hunt group , the display shows CANNOT ACCESS
RESERVED FEATURE.
