Personal call routing
on/off

Activate/deactivate call routing profile (under the one
number user concept).

Phone book: local

Access to your local phone book. Contacts in the
local phone book are stored on the phone only (see
chapter "Phone book management", page 90).

Phone book: System

Direct access to the

Directory Lookup

system menu.

Contacts in the system phone book are integrated in
the MiVoice Office 400 communication system (see
chapter "Phone book management", page 90).

Phone lock on/off

Activate/deactivate phone lock. Outgoing calls are
not possible, but incoming calls can be answered
(see chapter "Locking/Unlocking your phone",
page 58).

Picking up a call from a
user group

Pick up a call for another user in the user group.

PIN call

Function with OpenCount. Independently from the
phone you can make external calls for a fee. Credit
may be limited (see chapter "Activating PIN teleph-
ony", page 78).

PIN call rebook

Function with OpenCount. You can enter the charges
and the call information of your outgoing and incom-
ing calls into specific projects (see chapter "Activat-
ing PIN telephony", page 78).

Play voice mail greeting

Plays back a selected voice mail greeting.

Presence menu

Direct access to the system menu

Presence

(see

chapter "Controlling the presence status", page 67).

Presence profile on/off

Activate/deactivate presence profile. You can select
a presence profile (profile number 1-4, see chapter
"Controlling the presence status", page 67).

Record voice mail greet-
ing

Records a selected voice mail greeting.

Repeat appointment call
on/off

Activates/deactivates an appointment call (see chap-
ter "Acknowledging an appointment call", page 59).

Request a callback

Request a callback if the called party is busy or can-
not be reached (see chapter "Request a callback",
page 41).
