EMERGENCY CALL (SOS CALLS)
The telephone is logged on
If the telephone is logged on to the exchange, dial the emergency number (SOS
number).
The telephone is logged off
If the telephone is logged off from the exchange, it is still possible to make an emer-
gency call if this feature is enabled. The following menu is shown:
Figure 52:
Dial the emergency number and wait for the answer. After the call is terminated, it is
possible for the emergency centre to call back to your telephone although it is logged
off.
If the emergency call function is disabled the SOS text is not shown and it is not
possible to make an emergency call. The feature is enabled by the network adminis-
trator.
If the feature is disabled, you must log on the telephone (see 2.7 Logging On the Tele-
phone on page 13 ) and then make the emergency call.
4.13 AUTHORIZATION
CODE
4.13.1 GENERAL
To each authorization code a Call Information Logging (CIL) code is affiliated. The CIL
code is used as the calling party's identity.
To each authorization code a common category or common service profile is affiliated.
This is the category or service profile which is used, instead of the extension's, when a
call is made using an authorization code.
Authorization code is divided into two different functionality groups:
