Communicating with the multi-line function
The multi-line function has been stored on at least two programmable keys on your phone
(one key per line).
To answer a call:
When a call arrives on your phone that is multi-line programmed,
the indicator associated with the personalised key flashes.
• Press this programmed key to talk to the contact.
-> The indicator associated to this key stays permanently on.
The display shows the calling party's identity.
To answer a second call:
If another party tries to reach you on the second line, you will hear
a beep and the indicator of a second key flashes.
You have two options to manage your calls.
1 - Press the programmed key which flashes.
-> You are immediately put in contact with this second caller.
-> The indicator associated with this key lights up permanently
and the identity of the party with which you are in conversion
is shown on screen.
-> The first party is put on hold and the indicator of the key
related to this call flashes rapidly.
2 - To resume a call which was put on hold, press the key which
flashes.
Switching between parties:
To switch over from one party to the next, just press successively
the programmed key the indicator of which flashes.
