During the call

Transferring a call

To transfer the call to another phone.

1 - Press the

Enquiry

Fox key.

2 - Dial the number of the contact.

Note:

You can also perform a search by name or use the pre-pro-

grammed keys.

3 - Transfer the call by hanging up the handset, or pressing

if you were in hands-free mode, or by pressing the

Transfer

Fox key.

You can wait for the called party to answer or hang up
immediately.

Calling a second party

You are in the middle of a call with a party and you want to call a second party, inside or
outside the company.

1 - Press the

Enquiry

Fox key

-> Your other party is put on hold and hears an audible signal

2 - Dial the number of the other party.

If your correspondent's details are contained in the company
directory, you can also call him by entering his name directly
using the alphabetical keypad.

You can also search in the complete calls log or use the pre-
programmed keys.

• If the called party does not answer, press the

Recover

Fox key

to go back to the party on hold.

-> The display shows the number or name of the two contacts:

- The name of the contact with which you are talking is shown

in the first line.

- The name of the contact put on hold is shown in the second

line.
