Multi-key function
A phone programmed in multi-key mode can have only one directory number, but has per-
sonalised keys to enable it to process several calls at the same time. Therefore, you can
answer your parties as the calls arrive and display the calls on hold.
Note:
The number of personalised keys programmed corresponds to the number of calls
which you want to have at the same time. Example: for three simultaneous calls, program
the multi-key function on three keys.
Programming the multi-key function
1 - Press the
Menu
Fox key.
2 - Select
Settings
and confirm.
3 - Select
Keys
and confirm..
-> The keys already programmed light up. The available keys
remain switched off.
4 - Select the key to be programmed.
5 - Select

is your extension number (line number)

) corresponds to the number of keys already
programmed for this line.
Next, confirm your programming.
The screen confirms that your entries have been accepted and
returns to the key programming display where the number of
programmed lines has incremented accordingly.
Communicating with the multi-key function
You have programmed the multi-key function on at least two keys.
To answer a call:
When a call arrives on your phone programmed in multi-key
mode, the first programmed key flashes.
• Press this key to talk to the contact.
-> The indicator associated to this key stays permanently on. The
display shows the calling party's identity.

For this first call, you can also pick up the handset or use
