OPTION TO ENABLE/DISABLE RTCP
The "
rtcp enable
" parameter is available allowing Administrators the ability to manually enable
or disable RTCP. Defining the parameter as "0" disables the feature,
while "1" enables the feature.
RTCP is enabled (i.e. "1") by default.
Enabling/Disabling RTCP Functionality
Use the following procedure to manually enable/disable RTCP functionality:

CONFIGURABLE SIP NO RTP PACKET TIMEOUT PERIOD
The "
sip no rtp timeout
" parameter allows Administrators the ability to define a timeout period
(in seconds) whereby if no RTP packets (i.e. audio stream) are received in the defined amount
of time, the phone will send a BYE request, thus releasing the call and returning the home/idle
screen.
