WARRANTY LIABILITIES

I. THE TERM OF WARRANTY FOR QUALITY AND STATED TECH-
NICAL CONDITION IS:

1.  For the product  –  24 months from the purchase date (confirmed by the purchase receipt).
2.  For the replaced units and spare parts after the end of the warranty term  –  30 days from
the day of their installation into the appliance (is confirmed by a corresponding mark and a
seal of the service centre in the warranty coupon).
3.  When the product is exchanged for a similar model, both purchase date and exchange
date are indicated in the warranty coupon.

II. REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIMS

With the aim of increasing the responsibility of experts for the expert opinion, the claims

about the quality and technical condition of the product are accepted in the specialized ser-
vice centres only, as well as in the service departments of the retail trading network, where
the product was purchased.

III. WARRANTY REPAIR CONDUCTING

The warranty repair of the product is accomplished by the authorized service centre indi-

cated in the warranty coupon or any other authorized service centre.

In case of the warranty repair conducting, the warranty term for the product and its com-

ponents that were replaced during the repair is prolonged for the repair term.

IV. IMPORTANT! THIS WARRANTY LOSES ITS VALIDITY IN THE
CASES DESCRIBED BELOW:

1.  The product does not have this warranty coupon.
2.  The warranty coupon is filled in partially or inaccurately and / or with corrections not veri-
fied by the Seller.
3.  The serial number on the product is deleted or damaged, if it was provided and denoted
in the coupon earlier.
4.  The repair services were conducted by a service company that was not authorized for this
activity (is confirmed by an agreement or a one-time contract).
5.  The product was subject to structural changes without agreement with the Seller (is
confirmed by an expert opinion).
