The recipient must have been registered as a one-touch key in 
advance.

Position the document(s) to be scanned.

Press the [Fax/Scan] key.

For a copier, press the [Scan] key.

Touch [Search].

Touch [Search], type in the 
search name for the 
recipient, and then touch 
[Enter].

Tip
A recipient can also be 
selected by touching its
