Chapter 6. Machine adjustment and setting up GB
6.5.5. Adjustment of film opening bar
The bar (A1) allows to separate the 2 edges of the film reel.
Position the bar inside the 2 edges of the film so that the end is 1
cm behind the crease of the film.

6.5.6. Sealing frame height adjustment
In order to get a good packaging the sealing frame should be
positioned in such a way, that the film welding is made at half the
packaging height.
To raise or lower the sealing frame:
-) Press the button (9) and choose the MANUAL mode.
-) Press the button START (13)
-) Press simultaneously the buttons (9) and (11)
to raise the sealing frame.
-) Press simultaneously the buttons (9) and (12)
to lower the sealing frame.
6.6. Packaging
Once all adjustments have been made, the machine is ready to
start working.
Place the machine in STOP AUTOMATIC mode.
Press the button START (13) and position the products to
be packed on infeed conveyor.
