MiniCAT™ User Manual v5.2

Environmental Conditions

It is recommended that the MiniCAT™ is operated in a climate-controlled environment where the
ambient temperature does not exceed a range of 60 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. An operating
environment where this suggested range cannot be regulated may reduce the expected life cycle of
the MiniCAT™ system. Changes in temperature may cause the system to require additional
calibration. Equipment not suitable for use in the presence of a flammable anaesthetic mixture with
air, oxygen or nitrous oxide.

Operating Requirements

60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit

(16 to 26 degrees Celsius)

10% to 90% humidity

Transportation and Storage Requirements

14 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit

(-10 to 40 degrees Celsius)

10% to 90% humidity

Heat Dissipation

Approx. 500W / 1700 BTU/hr

Caution:

Allow system temperature to adapt to room temperature before powering up

the MiniCAT™ scanner hardware or workstation/server.

Installation/Relocation

The MiniCAT™ cannot be installed or relocated by the user. Proper and safe setup requires
specialized training and must be performed by a Xoran Technologies Customer Service Engineer.
