11-10 Troubleshooting of Regular Malfunctions
Failure Description Cause Analysis Measure
The following icon is displayed at the
bottom right corner of the ultrasound
system.
The ultrasound
system and the
printer adapter are
not properly
connected.
Connect the ultrasound
system to the printer adapter
again using Ethernet cables.
Check whether the indicator
on the printer adapter
flashes normally after
power-on, and whether the
Ethernet cable is correctly
connected.
The printer adapter
are not normally
powered on. Connect the auxiliary power
cable and the power adapter
again. Check whether the
indicator of the printer
adapter turns blue and the
indicator of the power
adapter turns green after
power-on.
The following message is displayed,
and the printing fails.
The IP address of
the ultrasound
system is not
correct. Enter [Preset]->Network
Preset] page to check
whether the TCP/IP address
is correctly set according the
user manual.
Errors occur when
the printer adapter
runs. Disconnect and connect the
power adapter, power on the
printer adapter again, and
verify whether the printing is
normal after 1 minute.
The printer adapter
is not initialized. After powering on the printer
adapter, wait for at least 1
minute to ensure that the
printer adapter is normally
initialized.
The printer list fails to be displayed in
the [Preset]->[Print Preset]->[Printer
Adapter] page.
Errors occur when
the printer adapter
runs. Disconnect and connect the
power adapter, power on the
printer adapter again, and
verify whether the printing is
normal after 1 minute.
The text/graph
or video printers
are incorrectly
connected and
abnormally
powered on.
Ensure that the printers are
correctly connected to the
printer adapter, and they are
normally powered on.
