In Case Defective Printing is not Recovered [STATION]

When the station interior is severely contaminated or defective printing is not recovered

after operating the head cleaning function (

P. 2-29), clean the suction nozzle and the

caps using the cleaning kit as follows,

Washing liquid (SPC-0385), Gloves, Cleaning swab (SPC-0386), Goggles

• Be sure to wear the supplied goggles and the gloves during cleaning, or

you may get the ink in your eyes.

• Do not move the carriage out of the capping station by hand. Use the

appropriate operation key to move the carriage.

Cleaning the interior of the station

Touch the [FUNCTION] in the LOCAL

mode.

Touch the JOG [ ] or [ ] to select the

[MAINTENANCE].

Touch the [ENTER].

Touch the JOG [ ] or [ ] to select

the [STATION].

Touch the [ENTER].

The carriage moves on the table.
