Dancing Bar out of
reference position
The Dancing bar of
Dryerjet Paper must be
lower than the set
position when
performing reverse jog. 1. Check the value of the air pressure adjustment valve
that controls the weight of the dancing bar.
With the feeding operation stopped, confirm that the
air pressure measured on the valve is less than 1.5
Bar.
2. Check if the shaft is not spinning idle.
(1) Please insert pressured air into the shaft again.
(2) Make sure that there is no air leakage from the
shaft. (from a valve, etc.)
(3) Please try changing the paper tube.
3. Check that the media surface treatment is not too
sticky or old. Media may be not unwind properly
because the coating adheres between the media
windings.
If necessary, replace the media.
4. Check if the media is not easily peeled off from the
belt due to the excessive adhesive strength of the
adhesive applied to the belt.
In this case, when the media reaches the outside of
the belt, it will not come off immediately and may
adhere to the belt more than necessary.
In that state, the media continues to be pulled by the
weight of the dancing bar, so that the media suddenly
comes off the belt causing the dancing bar to fall off at
once.

The diameter of the
media installed on
UNWINDER unit is too
large.
1. Check the diameter of the media installed in the
UNWINDER.
The maximum diameter is
φ 1000mm.
If the diameter is over 1000mm, replace the roll.
2. If the dancing bar is lowered too much during a jog or
feed and the media is slack, readjust it so that it does
not slack.
3. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM ALARM], and
tap the [CLEAR ALARM] button.
4. If the alarm appears again even after tapping the
[Alarm Clear] button, turn off the power of the built-in
PC and then the printer. After a while, turn on the
power of the printer and then the PC.
5. If the Alarm appears again, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service center.

1. Close the cover of the DRYERJET media entrance.
2. Tap the [DETAIL] button in [SYSTEM ALARM], and
tap the [CLEAR ALARM] button.
3. If the alarm appears again even after tapping the
[Alarm Clear] button, turn off the power of the built-in
PC and then the printer. After a while, turn on the
power of the printer and then the PC.
4. If the Alarm appears again, contact your local
distributor, our sales office, or service center.
