Mig Runner Cart (195 445)
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.
•
Do not touch live electrical parts.
•
Turn Off welding power source and input disconnect
device.
•
Disconnect input plug or power conductors from
deenergized supply BEFORE moving welding
power source.
CYLINDERS can explode if damaged.
•
Keep cylinders away from welding and other
electrical circuits.
•
Never touch cylinder with welding electrode.
•
Always secure cylinder to running gear, wall, or
other stationary support.
FALLING EQUIPMENT can cause injury
and damage, OVERSIZED CYLINDER
can cause tipping.
•
Properly install and secure all equipment onto cart
before using cart.
•
Always secure or remove any tools stored on cart
before moving unit.
•
Do not lift cart in any manner when equipment and
cylinder(s) are installed – use handles to move cart.
•
Do not overload handles with cables – use standard
10 to 15 foot cables as maximum lengths.
•
Do not move cart where two wheels are at diffrent
heights and cart could tip – avoid tipping.
•
Be careful when moving unit over uneven surfaces.

Handles
Install handles with the rubber grips
pointing downward and outward as
shown using supplied 3/8–16 nuts
bolts.

Cylinder Chain
Install the center clip of the cylinder
chain to the center hole of the bottle
mounting bracket as shown.

The bottle mounting bracket
can be moved to the middle
shelf to accommodate two
small bottles or one small and
one large bottle.

Lag Bolts
Remove the six lag bolts from the
skid, slide the cart forward, remove
front skid support. Roll cart off skid.

not be already mounted in the
Mig Runner Cart
