Trouble Shooting
Belt loose.
Foreign object in rotor.
HPTO clutch not engaged.
Clutch fault.
Rotor drive belt slipping.
Clutch timed lockout.
Transport pin locked.
Steering sensors out of
adjustment.
Feed too wet and heavy.
Drive chain binding.
Too much build up on belt
rollers.
Feed table belt too loose.
Anchor float switch on.
Anchors out too far. Too
much pressure.
Steering sensors need to be
reset.
Sensor adjustment.
Adjust belt tension.
Remove object from rotor.
Engage clutch.
Refer to HPTO clutch man-
ual.
Adjust belt tension.
Wait 5 minutes and attempt
restart.
Remove pin from locked
position.
See Miller Ag-Bag Dealer.
Remove some feed from
belt to reduce weight.
Check for binding and re-
align sprockets.
Clean belt roller of build up.
Tighten both feed table belt
adjusters to get belt moving,
then adjust tracking.
Turn anchor float off.
Pull machine ahead and
retract anchors.
Refer to adjustment section
to reset steering sensors
