Steaming tips and tricks
This steamer is designed to use distilled, purified, or filtered water. As the tap water
contains minerals that accumulate on the heating element and affect its life time.
It is not recommended to use water with perfumes or scented additives as they
may affect the life time of the heating element.
Always test garments by steaming a small hidden area to make sure the garment
how well is it with steam.
Always read garment care label instructions. Low heat settings require the delicate
fabric brush.
It is normal that small amounts of dripping water might come out from the nozzle
while using. If there is excessive dripping water, the steamer temperature is low and
needs time to get back up, just give the steamer a minute to reheat again.
Wearing clothes immediately after ironing or steaming can actually create wrinkles.
Always allow the clothes to cool for about 5 minutes after ironing or steaming
before wearing them.
Cleaning and maintenance
We recommend you to descale the heating element every 6 to 8 months or once
per 100 hours of usage to prolong the life time of your garment steamer or depending
on how hard the water is in your area, and how often you use your garment steamer.
Cleaning steamer exterior

1 Make sure that the appliance is unplugged and completely cool.

2 Wipe the steam nozzle and the outer surface with soft, damp cloth. Water and small
amounts of gentle household soaps, such as dishwashing liquid, can be used on the
exterior. Never use heavy-duty cleaner, or abrasive scouring pads that may scratch or
discolor the steamer.

3 After the steamer has been thoroughly dried, plug it and lightly steam over an old
cloth. this will help remove any residue left in the steam holes.

4 When you finish cleaning, unplug, empty the tank, and allow it to cool completely
before storing.
Note: Make sure that you unplug the appliance before filling it with water or cleaning it.
How to descale your garment steamer?

1 Fill the water tank with 100 ml of white vinegar.

2 Plug in the appliance, wait until the steam power indicator light illuminates green.

3 Press the steam button and when the steam begins to come out of the nozzle, unplug
the appliance.
.
4 Leave it to stand overnight.
.
5 Take out the water tank.
.
6 Empty the water tank and refill it with filtered water.
.
7 Plug in the appliance, wait until the steam power indicator light illuminates green then
press the steam button several times, making sure enough steam is coming out of the
