Proper installation
The installation and operation of this commercial dishwasher in
non-stationary locations (for example, aboard ships) should only be
performed by professional operations or individuals, if they ensure
that the preconditions for safe use of this appliance have been met.
When installing the commercial dishwasher, ensure it is properly
secured.
Failure to observe the above could cause injuries and damage to the
commercial dishwasher and other equipment or installations.
The commercial dishwasher must be fastened to the floor using
the BBF 80 floor fastening kit.
Do not install the machine in an area where a danger of explosion
or of freezing temperatures may be present.
Be careful when installing the dishwasher. Wear protective
gloves to avoid injury on any sharp metal components.
To ensure the stability of undercounter dishwashers, these units
may only be installed beneath a continuous countertop that is bolted
to adjacent cabinetry.
In order to reduce the risk of damage from condensation, the fur-
niture in the area around the dishwasher should be designed for
commercial use.
The door springs must be evenly adjusted on both sides. They are
correctly adjusted when the door remains stationary when left half
open (approx. 45° opening angle). It is also important that the door
cannot fall open. The dishwasher must only be operated with prop-
erly adjusted door springs.
