Detergent
Powder detergents
Danger due to inhalation or
ingestion of detergents
Dishwasher detergents can cause
burning in the nose, mouth and
throat. Seek medical attention
immediately if detergent has been
swallowed or inhaled.
Keep children away from detergents.
Keep children away from the
dishwasher when the door is open.
Detergent residues could still be
present in the machine.
Do not inhale powder detergents. Do
not swallow dishwasher detergents.
Do not fill the detergent dispenser
until just before starting the
programme.
Use powder detergent or detergent
tabs only in the door dispenser
compartment.
Detergent tabs can be used.
Only use detergent tabs that are
quick dissolving.
Suitable products are available from
Miele Professional.
Add powder detergent or detergent
tabs to the detergent compartment.
Detergent dispensing
Unless directed otherwise, use one
tab or add 20 to 25 g of powder
detergent to compartment II,
depending on the degree of soiling.
With very heavy soiling you can also
add a small amount of powder
detergent to compartment l (see
“Programme chart”).
Failure to dispense the
recommended amount of detergent
may impair cleaning results.
Adding detergent
Press the opening catch in the
direction of the arrow. The flap will
spring open.
The flap is always open at the end of a
programme.
