Adding and dispensing chemical agents

50

Rinsing agent

Rinsing agent is necessary to ensure water does not cling and leave
marks on load items, and to help load items dry faster after they have
been reprocessed.

The rinsing agent in the 

Final rinse

 programme stage is dispensed

automatically. For this, the container must be filled.

Risk of damage caused by rinsing agent.

Residues of rinsing agent remain on the surface of load items after
they have dried.
It is important to check the suitability of the rinsing agent being
used.

The dispensing of rinsing agent is deactivated ex-works.
Do not fill the container with rinsing agent when dispensing is de-
activated.
If you wish to dispense rinsing agent, agree this with the load item
manufacturer.
The dispensing of rinsing agent can only be activated by the Miele
Customer Service Department.

Filling the reser-
voir

Risk of damage due to cleaning agents.

Do not fill the rinsing agent container with cleaning agent under any
circumstances. 
This will always destroy the rinsing agent container.
Only fill the rinsing agent container with rinsing agent.

Open the door fully.

Unscrew the yellow lid with the 

 symbol in the direction of the ar-

row.

The container holds approx. 300 ml.
