6.3 Buckling of Oven Cavity Floor
6.3.1 H809 B2 – Bottom Oven
Fault
During operation the oven floor buckles upwards slightly.
Possible cause
Insulation material (white) is too thick.
Fault rectified
Units modified in production have been marked with a 23 mm Ф blue
circle as follows:
a. on the unit’s record card and
b. on the casing at the rear next to the connection details.
From Machine no. 11/26565376 thinner insulation material has been fitted
as standard.
Remedy
ƒ Fit thinner material in accordance with Conversion Instruction 7.2.
ƒ Change the oven cavity – refer to Section 5.9.2.
