Drop cookies

Ingredients
160 g butter
50 g brown sugar
50 g icing sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
1 egg white
200 g plain flour

Preparation
Beat the butter until creamy, then beat
in the brown sugar, icing sugar, vanilla
sugar and salt until soft. Then fold in
the flour followed by the egg white.
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag
fitted with a size 9 or 11 rosette or zig-
zag nozzle. Pipe onto a baking tray and
bake until golden.
