10.6 Establishing a connection to a device with a wireless M-bus
interface

Important note: Please check the time and date settings (incl. time zone setting) on your PC,
as these are used to synchronise the system time of the myDatasensMINI H2S 1000.

The USB radio transmitter (206.657) is required to establish a connection to a device with a wireless
M-bus interface. First of all complete the steps described in chapter "Installing the drivers for the
USB radio transmitter " on page 47 to install the drivers required to operate the USB radio
transmitter .

Note: All of the screenshots show version 4.12 of the DeviceConfig configuration program. Newer versions may
include minor changes to the appearance of the program.

1. Connect the USB radio transmitter (206.657) to the USB interface of your PC.

2. Start the DeviceConfig configuration program.
