Overall Impedance Measurement Theory

The simplified model of the 6630 impedance measurement, Vs is the test signal
voltage and RO is source resistance. If the current across the DUT is I when a

test signal voltage V is applied, the DUT's impedance, Z, is expressed by Z =

Impedance, Z, contains real and imaginary parts. The figure shows vector repre-
sentation of impedance as follow.
