FaxTalk
FaxTalk
is the windows-based software program for sending/
receiving fax without fax machine physically. It will detect the 56K
modem during installation so please check the modem is ready
before install the software program.
1. Insert the CD to the CD drvie. Expand the
FaxTalk
folder then
click
Setup.exe
to start the process.
2. Select the language needed and click
Next
to the next step.
3. The Wizard asks to accept the terms in the license agreement to
keep going the installation.
4. The
Modem Query
page will detect and show the 56K modem
information in this PC. Click
Next
.
5. Fill in the related information in the
Fax Settings
page, which
will show at the top of each fax page.
6. Click
Finish
then the wizard will create the
FaxTalk
Communication icon
on the desktop.
7. Double click the icon to execute
FaxTalk
. The popup window
informs where to get the
Faxtalk
upgrade . Get the upgrade
program or skip it.

8. The
FaxTalk
operating page appears. Check the telephone line
gets well connection then prepar to send fax right now.
9. Click
File/Send a fax
then the
Sending a fax
page pops up.
10. Type in the telephone number and select to send the cover
page or not.
11. The cover page leaves some memo space for typing short
message or attach file in the next step. Click
Next
.
12. Decide the timing of sending the fax then click
Finish
to
execute it.
