4 Gemini VII 2390 Confirm Installation Instructions and Checklist

Connecting Multiple Analyzers

An ethernet switch is required when connecting multiple analyzers to the computer.

1. Plug the ethernet switch power cord into an appropriate power source.

2. Connect one end of an ethernet cable to the ethernet port on the computer and the other

end to a numbered port on the ethernet switch.

Do not use the Uplink port.

3. Connect one end of an ethernet cable to the Ethernet connector on the left side of the

analyzer and the other end of the cable to a numbered port on the ethernet switch.

4. Repeat Step 3 for each analyzer you are installing.

Be sure cables are not connected to the
ethernet switch’s uplink port.

Ethernet switch

The finished configuration should look similar to this illustration.
