Note:
On the Explorer 16 Development board, the debug UART is available on
the DB9 UART serial connector P1. On the PIC18 Explorer board, the
debug UART needs to be manually tapped from pins RG1/TX2 and
RG2/RX2 on the J5 header using external wiring.
