Link Local IP Address

This section describes how to provision an Ethernet port with a link local IP Address.

1.

Select Link Local for IPv4 Method

Select 'LINK_LOCAL' from the 'IPV4 METHOD' radio buttons.

2.

Network Name

If necessary, the network name can be modified if by typing the new name into the 'NETWORK NAME' textbox
under the 'ADVANCED SETTINGS' dropdown.

This field will set the hostname of the port.

The default network name will be 'gt3k-time[port number]'.
