SERVICE 

Service & Adjustments 

Height Adjustment on Slinger 

 

The front slinger roller tube is adjustable from 0”-1” [0-25mm] above the drive rollers. In order 
to adjust how much concrete passes under this roller follow the procedure listed below. 

1.  Loosen the (4) 3/8” nuts/bolts on the hydraulic motor (A) and the (2) 3/8” nuts/bolts on 

the idler side bearing (B). 

2.  Loosen the (2) 1/2" jam nuts (C) on the adjustment bolts on both the power and idler 

ends. 

3.  Adjust each adjustment bolt (D) to the desired height (CW for up, CCW for down). 
4.  Tighten the (2) jam nuts (C). 
5.  Tighten the (4) nuts/bolts on the hydraulic motor (A) and the (2) nuts/bolts on the idler 

side bearing (B).
