Symptom

The stapling device is not
being sufficiently lubricated.
Add special oil to the compressed air
connection in use.
Trigger several times.
Operating pressure is too
low.
Increase operating pressure (see page 21).
The piston with the driver
does not return to the initial
position after the driving
process.
Inform customer service.
The triggering process is not
completed.
Inform customer service.
The driver is bent.
Inform customer service.
A staples is jammed.
Remove jammed staples.
Otherwise, inform customer service.
If the fault cannot be corrected, contact your dealer or the manufacturer.

Disposing of the stapling device
ATTENTION
Environmental damage can occur if the unit is not disposed of in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Clean the stapling device before disposal (see page 26).
Observe the applicable regulations on the disposal of oil.
Do not throw away the stapling device or parts thereof with normal household
trash. If you want to dispose of the stapling device, send it back to us.
MEZGER will handle disposal of the stapling device, as well.
