9.15 ADDING ENGINE FLUIDS

Adding engine oil:

•

add engine oil through oil fill port of the
engine (refer to 3.10 a), #4).

•

check the amount of oil with dipstick (see 9.7
Filling volumes)

9.16 REMOVING ENGINE/HYDRAULIC
FLUID

Observe the following instructions:

•

remove the plug

•

open the valve

•

make sure that the drain pan will be able to
hold all the fluid (see 9.7 Filling volumes)

•

dispose oil according to local regulations

Drainage plugs are shown in the figure 3.9 (#14
coolant water, #15 engine oil, #17 hydraulic oil).
