52 EX1200A Series Preparation for Use
Rack Ear Installation Option (P/N: 70-0370-101)
The rackmount installation option includes all the parts necessary to mount an EX1208A system
to the front of a standard test rack.
Required Tools

Assembly Procedure
1) Place the chassis on a protected work surface with its input connectors facing front.
2) Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, install the rack ears (P/N: 41-0482-009) on the front of the
EX1208A using four (4) 6-32 x 3/8” flat head Phillips stainless steel screws (P/N: 37-0173-
037) for each rack ear.
3) Install the handles (P/N: 37-0254-000) using two (2) 8-32 x 1/2" flat head Phillips screws.
