LIMITED WARRANTY

Merlin Products are covered by a limited one-year warranty 

policy. If the product suffers from a manufacturing defect, the 

customer will receive a replacement if claimed within 15 days 

of the purchase date. Otherwise, the product will be inspected 

for possible repair options. The product will either be repaired 

and returned free of charge, or replaced. All repair services past 

the one-year warranty period will be charged for any repairs 

that need to be made.

If the client is located outside the UAE, or is otherwise unable to 

personally deliver the defective product to our service center or 

retail outlets, he/she may send it via post at his/her own cost. 

The repaired/replaced product will then be returned to the client 

via courier mail at Merlin’s cost, as long as the warranty period 

is still active.

Important: This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER normal wear 

and tear, accidents, damage during transit, misuse, abuse or 

neglect. Attempting to disassemble the unit will render the 

warranty null and void.

Instructions

1)  Press the “power” button once to check battery status, 

  indicated by the four blue LEDs.

2)  To use the USB ports for charging your mobile devices, 

  connect them to the USB ports and press the “power” button.

3)  To use the LED flashlight, press the “flashlight” button (once 

  for 50% brightness and twice for 100% brightness).

4)  To use the LED flashlight's SOS signal function, long press 

  the “flashlight” button.

5)  To charge the device using solar power, place the device 

  under strong sunlight. The first LED will turn green, indicating 

  that charging is in progress.

6)  To charge using USB adapter, connect the device to a USB 

  adapter using the included cable. The LED will flash blue, 

  indicating that the device is being charged.

Maintenance

1)  Do not attempt to open or dismantle the device.

2)  Do not throw or drop the device.

3)  The device is splashproof. Do not pour water or other 

  liquids on the device.

4)  Ensure that device is properly ventilated when being 

  charged under sunlight.

5)  Only use chargers that match the device's power rating

  (DC 5V/2A).

FAQ

1)  Why won't my device charge?

Ensure that the power bank has enough charge.

2)  How do I turn the SOS signal off?

Long press the “flashlight” button to turn the signal off.

3)  How long does it take for the device to charge fully.

Around 4–5 hours.
